Established in 2014 by Ebenezer Adenmosun, Geofirma has grown and is now seen as an industry leading Geotechnical Consultancy, serving an established network of respected clients.  The quality of our work speaks for itself and ensures we maintain a high reputation within the industry.

Working with us you will have great exposure to a varied range of projects which will include providing geotechnical input into multi-million pound commercial projects, to the smaller residential house projects.

We really value your professional development, so we’ll support you to gain your chartered accreditation, such as MICE or CGeol. We have close links to industry (ICE, Ground Forum, FPS and RoGEP) so you’ll also be able to gain insight into how the industry works, and have the opportunity to attend industry events.  Working for a smaller consultancy such as ours also gives you an opportunity to understand how the whole business works, you will be encouraged to therefore get involved in business development, nurturing current business relationships through to technical output delivery.

Geofirma is very active in the industry and sees diversity and inclusion as being the key to improving the outward appearance of the ground engineering industry and hence we are very involved in the Ground Forum Undergraduate mentorship scheme (GFUMP), as well as other initiatives designed to achieve equality of all both in the industry and the outside world.

We embrace flexible working, and many of our employees already take advantage of this opportunity through working 2 to 3 days a week/condensed hours/ home working.  Our offices are located in Rickmansworth located in beautiful Hertfordshire, and the tube station is a short walk away, giving good access to London too.
